I often showcase the work of artists whose creative output I'm familiar with and greatly admire. This series is from a portfolio of images entitled "Works in Process," which features numerous artists from a variety of disciplines as they proceed through a creative project from concept to completion. Featured in this series of photographs is Melanie Newcombe, a sculptor who lives and works in Inglewood, California and her model for this project, Robert "Stonewall" Jackson.
